What do I do if I want a refund?

If you purchased from one of our RESELLERS (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.):

If you decide that you no longer want to keep your Cruz, you must immediately contact your reseller for a refund within their prescribed return policy period. The information regarding their return policy period generally accompanies the sale items and is often printed on the rear or the bottom portion of the register tape receipt. If your purchase was not made in a brick and mortar reseller location, but was completed at the reseller's online store, you will find this information in either their email communications to you, on their website, or in the shipping material.


Every reseller has a different time table allowing for returns. Some are as little as 2 weeks while others are 30 or 60 days, or more. Generally speaking this is plenty of time to make an informed decision as to whether you are going to keep a product. You must not let your reseller's prescribed return/exchange period pass you by as their deadlines are strict. Cruz is not familiar with these return periods.



If you purchased your Cruz unit directly from www.CruzTablet.com, you must act within 30 days. Read here for further details about the Cruz Return Policy. If you did not purchase your Cruz unit directly from Cruz, then our Cruz Return Policy does not apply to you.


Under no circumstance will Cruz provide a refund to any customer purchasing from a reseller. Only the reseller to which funds have been given can effect a refund.
